Residential Soft Wash Service
Soft washing is the application of water under variable pressure with soap, other cleaning agents, sometimes heat and sometimes steam. A typical wheeled power washer delivers about 3 gallons per minute at 2800 to 3200 psi, if it’s good. DCLS pushes 8 gallons per minute at 3200 psi. It’s the 8 gallons per minute that makes the difference. When we can add heat, soap and for certain applications, steam? Well, it’s magical. Soft washing is the way to go with Residential Structures as it preserves the siding, wood, etc… Properly prepping it for new coats of paint or sealant.
- Home siding, decks, roofs should be cleaned every 3-5 years.
- Driveways, walks, hardscape can be cleaned for special occasions. It will be like it’s new.
- Ice dams on rooves can cause water damage inside. We can steam those away lickety split.*
*Winter applications may require repeat treatments.

Snow Removal
I know you don’t see it from the front, but our rig is special, it’s big and it’s short (short bed/no crew cab) this means it can push a lot of snow in tighter spaces than most others with those pretty fancy extended crew cab with a full bed. This plow is of the highest quality, and can apply downward pressure as well.
- It is always best if we can see and mark your place before it snows, but we are always available.
- We begin removal at the most efficient and effective times during a snowfall.
- Snow is white and beautiful and it also makes everything new again.
- As an added service, we can handle walkways as well.
